How to compare service quality

When you have a claim you want fast, courteous service. Sure, coverage, limits, and rates are all important to consider when choosing mobile home insurance. So is service. A company should answer your questions courteously and settle your claims quickly and fairly.

Comparing service quality is not the same as comparing coverages. It takes a little more investigation. Call each company and ask about their service policies and goals. A poor service record or low service standards can translate into a lot of headaches for you down the road.

Keep track of the service you receive

Call each company you’re considering and take note of how your inquiry is treated. Are people friendly, helpful and courteous or are they impatient with your questions?
